The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR management, organizational development, and talent management strategies. This role requires the ability to analyze organizational needs, set strategies, and implement tactical solutions while fostering strong collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR, organizational development, and talent management initiatives.
- Analyze organizational needs, set HR strategies and goals, and execute tactical solutions.
- Establish strong collaborative partnerships and demonstrate effective communication and leadership skills.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Gather and analyze organizational and personnel data to design and deliver employee leadership and development programs.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and memorandums for leadership.
- Utilize HR data analytics tools to support decision-making and reporting.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of directly traceable experience in strategic HR management, organizational development, and talent management strategies
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to lead projects to create new HR programs and processes
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Desired Skills
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
