The Windows System Solution Developer position supports our Army client at Fort Belvoir. You will be expected to have primary responsibility to design and build Windows 11 operating system solutions for individual projects and systems. Must have experience in testing functionality and matching to requirements. The candidate will assist in planning, technical solutions design, and implementing Windows 11 solutions for the Windows 11 enterprise.
REQUIRED:

• Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree and 5 years of work experience
• Oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical subjects to nontechnical staff, including demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management
• Highly experienced with PowerShell, Microsoft workstation and server environments, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or Configuration Manager.
• Experience with Hyper-V or other virtualization technologies and Windows 11 Servicing channels (GAC, LTSC etc.)
• Ability to write management, deployment, and logging scripts.
• Executes enterprise implementation plan for new Windows 11 features.
• Reviews security configuration (Microsoft defender, System Guard, etc.), recommend best practices to set up secure standards for Windows 11
• Installs and configures the baseline operating system and applications in accordance with the enterprise deployment strategy.
• Optimizes existing Windows 11 Task Sequences for enterprise deployment.
• Administers and optimizes Windows GPO to ensure business continuity

DESIRED:

• CompTIA Security+ and Advanced Security Practitioner Certifications
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II cyber certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP)
• DoD 8140 IAT Level III cyber certification (CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH)
• Degree in computer engineering, computer information systems, telecommunications, or management information systems
• Experience with DoD clients preferred
