BLUEHAWK is seeking a 35L Senior Instructor to serve as a Senior Training and Development Specialist in support of the 35L Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) Reserve Component (RC). In this role, you will assist in the formulation, instruction, and development of curricula focused on counterintelligence (CI) operations and investigations to detect, identify, neutralize, and exploit Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threats to national security.

BLUEHAWK is seeking a 35L Senior Instructor to serve as a Senior Training and Development Specialist in support of the 35L Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) Reserve Component (RC). In this role, you will assist in the formulation, instruction, and development of curricula focused on counterintelligence (CI) operations and investigations to detect, identify, neutralize, and exploit Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threats to national security.
Responsibilities
- Instruct and develop training curricula aligned with counterintelligence operations and investigations.
- Support U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) training, which operates in a fast-paced, extended-hour environment.
- Conduct classroom instruction and practical exercises to enhance student proficiency in counterintelligence tradecraft.
- Ensure training aligns with TRADOC and U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) standards.
- Work a 40-hour workweek, with the ability to support overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students throughout the 35L CISAC Reserve Component course.
Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of operational experience in MOS 35L/351L/35E or an equivalent military specialty.
- Experience conducting counterintelligence (CI) operations and investigations in a tactical, operational, or strategic capacity.
- Equivalent experience in other U.S. government agencies conducting CI operations, with honorable service.
- Minimum of one (1) year assigned to a TRADOC instructor billet.
- Previous experience as a 97B/35L in an operational role, preferably in deployed environments such as Iraq and/or Afghanistan.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Eight (8) years of additional military training experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- Graduate of Military Intelligence (MI) Advanced Leader Course (ALC) / Senior Leader Course (SLC), preferably 97B/35L ALC/SLC.
- Possess current instructor qualifications (e.g., Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC)) at the time of employment.
- Physical & Security Requirements:
- Must be in good health, capable of working in diverse terrain and weather conditions.
- Ability to walk up to five (5) miles unaided.
- Active Top Secret clearance required on the first day of employment; SCI eligibility must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
