IT Program Manager

Overview

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and deliver cutting-edge IT solutions supporting mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and program management skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex IT initiatives in secure, high-compliance environments. This role demands an active TS//SCI W/Poly clearance.

What will you do?

• Program and Project Leadership
  
  
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring alignment with the agency's mission and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across secure environments, ensuring strict compliance with government policies and standards.
  
  Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  
  
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the intelligence agency, technical teams, and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and concise communication.
  • Provide regular status updates, including risks, issues, and progress, through formal briefings, reports, and dashboards tailored to government stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying and resolving challenges, ensuring all program deliverables meet or exceed requirements.
  
  Team Management and Development
  
  
  • Lead geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Mentor and coach team members, cultivating a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with the agency's priorities.
  • Build and manage staffing strategies, including allocating resources effectively to meet program needs and scaling teams as necessary.
  
  IT Solutions Delivery
  
  
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of secure IT systems, cloud environments, and network infrastructures.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with intelligence agency goals, including advancements in cloud, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the agency's capabilities in secure computing and data management.

  • Active TS//SCI with Poly
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience managing IT programs within the intelligence community or similar high-security environments.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale IT initiatives, including infrastructure builds, cloud migrations, or classified system deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
