Senior Operations Manager

ProSync is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort. This person will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements.
• Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
• Provides subject matter expertise on DoD security policy and regulations including those activities covered under the functional description of the Security Specialist position.
• Establishes and maintains a process for SCI and SAPnsecurity administration. Independently performs security and administrativenmanagement of assigned SCI and SAP.
• Considers all aspects of security, toninclude personnel security, physical security, operations security,ncommunications security, and associated oversight.
• Supports quality reviews ofnsecurity work products, tracking project progress, and may assist in planningnof project, resources, and schedules.

Requirements

• A minimum of at least ten (10) years of relevant experience specializing in overall security operations directly correlating with the assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-related discipline (OR) in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree plus two years additional work experience performing relevant experience (OR) in lieu of a degree, four years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted.
• A minimum Top Secret clearance is required to be eligible with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI.
