Advanced Planning Specialist

The salary for this position ranges from \x2490-115k based on numerous factors, including education and years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting all exercise planning throughout the Joint Event Lifecycle
• Participating in planning meetings and developing and providing plans documentation
• Making technical presentations
• Developing and maintaining programs
• Providing meaningful technical support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university innan engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and three yearsnof experience in the Joint Event Lifecycle.
• Allowable substitution: Seven years professionalexperience in the Joint Event Lifecycle.

Three (3) years of experience in:

• Support exercise planning across the Joint EventnLifecycle;
• Participate in planning meetings and develop and presentnplans documentation;
• Conducting research and analysis of full spectrumnoperations in a joint, multinational, and interagency context;
• Assist in observer/controller activities and documentnlessons learned for after action reporting; and
• Support training plans and program development.

One (1) year of experience in:

• Provides expert analysis of other DoD, Interagency (IA),nand multinational operations to ensure synchronization with USCENTCOMnobjectives.
• Coordinates with other agencies and conveys a feasibilitynanalysis for planned missions.

Proficient with:

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Clearance:

• An active Secret clearance is required.
