ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented IT Manager to join our vehicle sustainment team in Waldmohr, GermanyThe selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plans, leads and facilitates sessions with stakeholders including requirements elicitation sessions, classroom training, end user acceptance testing and issue management sessions.
- Provides Systems Administration for key IT platforms.
- Provides end user support for business applications including troubleshooting, documenting and managing issues and enhancement requests to resolution.
- Produces requirements from end users and drafting requirements documentation addressing end users' business needs and goals.
- Performs functional testing of business applications, including drafting test scripts, documenting results and managing findings to resolution.
- Effectively communicating with IT personnel and coordinating issue resolution and enhancement development.
- Develops training materials and conducting classroom training for business applications.
- Plans and facilitates end user acceptance testing including drafting end user test scripts, tracking and managing issues and requests to completion.
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) years' experience and a BA/BS.
- 6 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing, designing and/or maintaining business solutions, including but not limited to SharePoint based solutions.
- Experience planning, leading and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions, classroom training, end user acceptance testing and issue management sessions.
- Expertise in providing end user support for business applications including troubleshooting, documenting and managing issues and enhancement requests to resolution.
- Experience communicating user needs, issues and concerns effectively both verbally and in writing to IT professionals supporting multiple efforts and platforms.
- Experience producing requirements from end users, drafting requirements documentation and designing solutions to meet the end user's business needs and goals.
- Experience performing functional testing of business applications, drafting test scripts and facilitating end user acceptance testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience or knowledge including key areas such as Risk, Resource, Scope and Cost Management. Knowledge of InfoPath, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus.
