ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Altadena, CA. This is a contingent position set to end 12/31/2025.
This position will provide IT Support in a heterogeneous environment (Windows, Mac and some Linux) with a high focus on problem resolution and customer service. It will be responsible for resolving a range of requests and meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands. IT Support in this role is a fast-paced in support of laptops, mobile devices, password resets/synchronizations software issues and RSA Token provisioning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolve a broad range of technical issues in support of customer's computer and mobile hardware, software and network related issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software
- Maintain and updates records and tickets using ServiceNow is a must
- Provide support on an as needed basis outside of normal business hours
- Alert management to any issues that may require escalation with details of the situation
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years' experience with desktop systems support in mid to large environments
- Familiar with PIV (Personal Identification Verification), TFA/RSA (Two Factor Authentication), and supporting Mobile devices and (Apple and Android OS)
- Familiar with Windows 11, Red Hat 7, SCCM, and JAMF; Strong understanding of Apple 15.3.1 Sequoia
- Experience with the desktop imaging process and provisioning and managing computers in an active directory environment
- Experience using problem/ticket management systems (ServiceNow)
- In depth understanding of networking (wired and wireless)
- Certified in one or more of the following:
- Apple (ACMT, ACSP)
- Windows (MCSE, MOS)
- CompTIA A+
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in a technology field
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen and be willing and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust prior to starting this position
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
