The Opportunity:

As a CACI Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) in support of the CJTF OIR CJ36, you will assist the government with design, management, and sustainment of Joint Data Networks.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Serve as the principal technical expert for CJTF OIR CJ36 AMD Cell, designing, maintaining, and sustaining the data networks while also reviewing and evaluating U.S. and partner nation Tactical Data Link and Multi-TDL Network operations. The specialist captures and develops Information Exchange Requirements and makes recommendations for U.S. operations and international partner operations.
  • Overseeing the preparation of informational documents and other relevant data to support programmatic and financial decisions by various levels of command and external stakeholders. This includes facilitating the planning, execution, and tracking of fielded and emerging force protection capabilities.
  • Employing program management knowledge and acquisition development oversight experience to assess and promulgate fiscal and other factors affecting OIR needs. The specialist develops and implements initiatives to improve program office efficiencies and effectiveness in support of Forward Deployed Units, internal and external commands, and mission partners.
  • Provide strategic direction and assistance in mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures, serving as a technical/functional contractor forward. The specialist must have in-depth knowledge of processes to develop and oversee TDL requirements, agreements, and Information Exchange Requirements in a joint/coalition operational environment

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • Over five years' experience in air and missile defense systems, program management, and acquisition development oversight
  • In-depth, working knowledge of TDL and Multi-TDL Architecture physical and cyber configuration, organization, and operations. This includes knowledge of Link-16, Link 22, Mode 5 IFF, MADL, TTNT, C2BMC, GCCS, JRE, ADSI, CDLIM, and Cross Domain Solution. JICO certification (Completion of JT-101 Introduction of Joint Multi-TDL (MTN) Operations Course, JT-102 Multi-TDL Advance Joint Interoperability (MAJIC) course, JT-201 Multi-TDL Planners Course, and JT-301 CAPSTONE - JICO)
  • Technical expertise in Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) software applications, including the FAAD C2 software installed on MILTOPE laptops, and be proficient in their use to manage and integrate Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (cUAS) and Short-Range Air Defense (SHORAD) systems with joint air defense architectures. They must be knowledgeable in configuring and troubleshooting the FAAD architecture and design to optimize system performance and interoperability with other air defense systems, as well as experience with importing and exporting data files, such as track data and sensor feeds, to support joint air defense operations. Additionally, they must be able to coordinate with joint air defense stakeholders to resolve interface and interoperability issues, and provide technical expertise to support the development of joint air defense tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Be deployable throughout the CENTCOM Area of Operations (AOR)
  • Experience as an Army CWO3 140A Air and Missile Defense Officer or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) strategy and experience working in the USCENTCOM AOR with Joint and Coalition partners
  • Excellent written and briefing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with program management tools and software.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
