Background

• Working at the client's site with government personnel to ensure the success of the program
• Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve software or computer systems
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations
• Reviews program plans for specific weapons systems, sub-systems, and equipment or information technology systems

Requirements

• 10 years related experience or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening for staff, customer and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
• Ability to work independently; self-starter

Preferred

• 10+ years of experience on a DoD program at a Naval Air Station in California
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
