What You'll Do:
- Support Program Execution: Provide functional support to the Reentry Organization for program execution planning activities.
- Manage Schedules: Update the Integrated Management Plan (IMP) and create future fiscal year Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Ensure Compliance: Follow EIA-748 guidelines for scheduling and maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy.
- Coordinate Efforts: Regularly coordinate with the cost team, CAM, and technical team to ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze and Report: Update the schedule monthly and provide comprehensive data analysis to management.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in program planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with planning/scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Open Plan) including resource loading and audit.
- EVM Knowledge: Experience with programs requiring Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Schedule Development: Proven experience developing IMP/IMS.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan Professional, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Visualization Tools: Familiarity with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro.
- Metric Compliance: Some experience with data-driven metric compliance requirements and surveillance.
- Cost/Schedule Techniques: Knowledge of integrated cost/schedule techniques.
- Influencing Skills: Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
