Madison Associates Inc. is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Senior Financial Investigator in Washington, DC. This role offers both onsite and telework opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Senior Financial Investigator you will be responsible for conducting financial and asset forfeiture investigations related to high-profile and complex criminal investigations. You will be required to analyze financial transactions, determine and follow illegal proceeds, identify assets for forfeiture, assist with key interviews of subjects and witnesses, provide onsite support at secure search warrant sites, assist in writing affidavits and foreign document requests, prepare written reports and visualizations, testify in judicial proceedings, and recommend financial violations such as money laundering and asset forfeiture best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 10 years’ experience as a federal law enforcement special agent specializing in financial investigations and asset forfeiture.
• Direct hands-on experience extracting and review reviewing financial transactions.
• Experience working money laundering, fraud, or tax investigations and prosecutions.
