What You'll Do:
  • Innovate and Implement: Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Translate customer needs into system test solutions, balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Drive Excellence: Establish functional and technical specifications, solve hardware/software interface issues, and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Lead Testing Efforts: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures, coordinating activities with various programs and organizations.
  • Analyze and Report: Dive deep into test results, prepare detailed evaluation reports, and ensure system performance meets the highest standards.
  • Ensure Quality: Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to validate fixes.
What You Bring:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office for generating reports, project plans, and work instructions. Experience with LabVIEW and/or Test Stand software.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong analytical skills to tackle and resolve issues effectively.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience: 9+ years of professional experience.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge in measuring electrical parameters for components and subassemblies, and subject matter expertise in RF or Microwave systems.
  • Technical Savvy: Proven success in developing complex test programs with NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand.
  • Troubleshooting Talent: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and isolate measurement issues.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in generating engineering documentation and correcting drawing discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Experience with Corrective/Preventative action processes.
