The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team developing next generation digital engineering and digital warfare systems for the Department of Defense. Join our passionate team of industry-leading individuals on a program that leverages the best practices in Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping to integrate and deliver state of the art capability in support of our nation's warfighters.

• Bachelor's Degree or a Minimum of 10 Years Experience in project manage ment, preferably with a background in STEM, business, or accounting
• Active minimum Secret clearance
• Excellent technical writing and data presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to learn new skills
Desired:
• Experience working with DoD, and/or other IAC MAC customers
• Experience in DoD customer relations and project management
• Experience as Program Manager on an IAC MAC contract
• Active TS/SCI clearance desired
• PMP certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Direct a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical personnel
- Develop, design, document, implement and manage large-scale projects
- Support customer requirements for the Department of Defense
- Join a team leveraging best practices in Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping
- Manage overall project execution, ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules are implemented timely • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of activities for assigned delivery order projects
- Serve as primary liaison between CACI and DoD customer for assigned projects
- Provide project and technical guidance, manage technical staff, and oversee financial management
- Acquire services, materials, and supplies for assigned projects
- Perform market research analysis and develop rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates
- Monitor project team and vendor performance to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate to achieve socioeconomic goals in contracting
- Ensure technical performance and product delivery in accordance with budget and schedule
- Prepare monthly project status reports and attend project meetings
- Assist in project close-out activities
