Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000

ECS is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to work in our Washington, DC office.
- Develops, plans, coordinates, and delivers and/or evaluates strategic implementation plans, training courses, methods and techniques as appropriate that align with Agile frameworks to include Scrum, SAFe Agile, Kanban, and others as needed.
- Provides hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to Agile teams, helps implement Agile ceremonies, and assists in resolving team-level challenges.
- Helps to train teams on the Agile methodology and oversees development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes and drive organizational transformations.
- Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging all personnel to embrace the Agile method.
- Must be capable of communicating complex information in a confident manner and able to develop clear directions and instructional materials for Agile teams.
- Must be able to operate common network tools relating to the Agile teams.
- Ability to develop curriculum that is appropriate for all audiences and train as needed.
- Must be skilled in identifying gaps in technical capabilities and Agile maturity on team members.
- Utilizes feedback to facilitate process improvement for all areas.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000
Required Skills
- Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of Obtaining SCI / CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile coaching, with a focus on enterprise-level transformation
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership, senior management, and cross-functional teams
- Certified Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, SAFe SPC) preferred
