Responsibilities
- Conduct verification and issue all Department of Defense (DoD) credentials to military, military retirees, and military dependents, DoD civilians and base contractor personnel
- Use Air Force systems and workstations to issue the Common Access Card (CAC)
- Update CACs as necessary to reflect changes in personal information
- Terminate CACs as necessary and execute revocation requests
- Explains military ID policies and entitlements to customers
- Issue other base access credentials to visitors such as vendors and test customers
- Account for and maintain security for all DoD Forms used in producing base credentials
- Verify, prepare and issue various types of entry and identification credentials
- Responsible for protecting the privacy/confidentiality of personnel data
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to work at Arnold AFB
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualification:
- Two-year's work experience in a related position such as driver's license agency, bank teller, office assistant or similar setting dealing with the public
