CLEARANCE:
- The first 1-2 months will be focused on rectifying best practices from non-Dell negligence.
- Senior Solution Architect must be a ""rockstar"" with storage
- They will migrate to PowerStore.
- Currently the environment consists of only a couple 100 TB of storage. In the next 18 months they plan to scale to 60 PB
- Experience with Hitachi/Unity arrays initially but will eventually shift to solely Dell products by the end of the year.
- Dell storage administration
- Dell PowerStore
- Standard O&M Storage Resident skills for post-configuration assistance.
- 8+ Years in Systems Engineering and Administration for Storage Solutions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dell server knowledge for administration, optimization, troubleshooting, and working alongside a Dell team helpful as well.
- Knowledge of Dell server models PE750/PE760 is helpful.
- Knowledge/Experience with Dell storage arrays and Cisco switches is helpful.
CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
