ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Developer/Application SME to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the Jira system and functional requirements definition and management process
- Perform Jira configuration and software development to satisfy IT system and business process requirements
- Perform Jira technical assessments/acceptability of software and hardware.
- Apply system enhancements to production after proper documentation and testing
- Support Jira product sustainment by performing as the system administrator as part of the Help Desk across all three Tiers
- Complete all tasks ensuring all Jira environments are up to date with software version, patching, and backups
- Add and modify user access to Jira
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience using or supporting the SDLC and system administration of federal or DoD financial systems, preferably within the USAF
- 5+ years of experience analyzing. documenting, defining, and managing IT system and business process requirements
- 5+ years supporting the Jira product supporting both the functional configuration and product system administration
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
- Ability to support Jira product sustainment by performing as the system administrator as part of the Help Desk across all three Tiers
- Strong oral and written communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in business related function or information systems or like experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an SAP environment
- Possess a high degree of initiative requiring minimal supervision
- Experience producing professional and accurate reports and documents
- Experience presenting overviews of system/product functionality
- Performing training on business process applications
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have Current/Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility and be JAFAN 6/0 eligible
- SSBI conducted within the last 6 years
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
