E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in designing and implementing hardware and network solutions for large-scale enterprise applications. In the absence of years of experience, relevant certifications or past work demonstrating the required expertise will be considered. This position will be full-time and to be performed in Quantico, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement hardware and network solutions for large-scale enterprise applications.
Coordinate activities of technology product and service vendors.
Lead technical infrastructure design activities to ensure robust and scalable network solutions.
Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing technical support and guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
Maintain and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering.
Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Proven experience in engineering hardware and network designs for large-scale enterprise applications.
Experience coordinating activities of technology product and service vendors.
Experience leading technical infrastructure design activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Proficiency in network security principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications (e.g., CCIE) are highly desirable.
Experience with network automation and scripting.
Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
