FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies, ServiceNow development, and business process analysis. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve system performance, enhance business processes, and contribute to IT lifecycle management.
Solid JavaScript experience is needed with hands on ServiceNow experience (1+ year preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including configuring Flow Designer, catalog items, and business rules.
Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance and develop web-based solutions.
Perform business process analysis, evaluating customer needs, documenting models, and translating them into functional technical requirements.
Conduct systems evaluation to identify performance measures and implement corrective actions.
Apply process improvement techniques to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and enhance existing capabilities.
Support program and project task management, ensuring alignment with customer goals and fostering strong client relationships.
Manage IT and systems lifecycle processes, including review boards, change management, and release management.
Contribute to knowledge management by developing feature release descriptions and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid JavaScript experience is needed with hands on ServiceNow experience (1+ year preferred
Experience with web development technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with ServiceNow development or advanced experience in software development/low-code platforms with an aptitude for ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Flow Designer, catalog item creation, and business rules.
Strong business process analysis skills to evaluate needs and document technical requirements.
Knowledge of systems evaluation to measure and enhance system performance.
Background in process improvement to refine requirements and system capabilities.
Experience with program management, task management, and customer engagement.
Understanding of IT lifecycle management, including change and release management.
Ability to develop technical artifacts and documentation for knowledge management.
