Background

• Create reports, briefings and placemats in a variety of formats, with inputs from staff leads and the relevant project teams
• Coordinate and support meetings that include, but are not limited to, technical exchanges, kickoffs, cross-collaborations, and ad hoc sessions
• Build PowerPoint briefings and present data at weekly division-level meetings and monthly program management review briefings upon request
• Provide project management support and coordination on projects, to include strategy and roadmap development.
• Compile information - both empirical and statistical - in support of program management and communications between multiple organizational components
• Assess the compiled information and provide summaries and details as-needed
• Coordinate and work on various organizational data calls with staff and across project teams and support reporting statuses to management
• Assist staff leads with account creation requests and submitting and tracking tickets in organizations systems

Requirements

• Experience working on programs with highly technical personnel as well as senior personnel and briefing
• Experience writing and proof-reading, and experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management systems such as with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow including monitoring and reporting outages
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, briefings, and ad hoc explanations with the goal of keeping projects on track and moving towards a successful conclusion

Preferred

• Experience with data science and data engineering tools and methods.
• PMP Project Management certification
