USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW Organizational Change Management Lead WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Performs strategic and operational analysis and modernization (people, process, and technology) implementation plan development to support faster, agile requirement delivery and successful change adoption.
• Focuses on people and cultural adaptation during people, process, and technology modernization fielding.
• To achieve this objective, key activities include: planning, strategic communication, training, and managing resistance to change with the goal of rapidly responding to USSTRATCOM mission requirements and ensuring strategic alignment of solutions with SCITLS objectives.
• Monitors and analyzes key metrics to include adoption rates, stakeholder satisfaction, mission satisfaction, and IT value delivery to ensure stability of daily operations and minimizing risk to the mission.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: B.S. in Information Systems Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Location: Bellevue, Nebraska
