M9 Solutions is seeking a Build Manager (Delivery Manager/DevOps Configuration Engineer) to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Lanham, MD. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration management planning and control.
• Evaluate, coordinate, approve or disapprove, and implement changes in software configuration items.
• Describe provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting and configuration audits.
• Regulate the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.
• Implement the full CI/CD pipeline from the Git repositories to production deployments on Kubernetes, both on-prem and AWS Cloud.
• Create and maintain Git repositories.
• Configure and maintain test suites to be executed in Jenkins pipeline.
• Implement process and guardrails and train delivery teams to work towards self-sufficient DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust level clearance; an active Public Trust level clearance is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience serving as a DevOps Engineer of complex technology implementations using agile methodologies, with a focus on establishing and maintaining the integrity of software products throughout the project's life cycle.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $180,000 USD
