Resource and Readiness Analyst
Key Role:
Perform operational analysis to evaluate unit readiness using Defense Readiness Reporting System-Marine Corps ( DRRS-MC ) , Marine Corps Training Information Management System ( MCTIMS ) , and Joint Training Information Management System ( JTIMS ) , taking into consideration exercise budget s and training and readiness value based on task and Training and Readiness ( T & R ) requirements. Facilitate and participate in the monthly DRRS-MC readiness briefings and any additional readiness meetings, providing updates, analysis on subordinate element reports, and recommendations on approval during the review process. Assist with the Commanding General Readiness Inspections ( CGRI ) for the Major Subordinate Elements ( MSEs ) . Coordinate with higher and subordinate headquarters to provide DRRS training as required. Provide updates on current readiness trends, training standard gaps down to the unit of employment level, and forecasted readiness based on current and predicted budget levels to be used to inform POM, Training, Exercise and Employment Plan ( TEEP ) conferences and ad hoc budget meetings. C ond uct Naval Integration analysis, develop briefs, recommend solutions to critical issues and force optimization, participate in Fleet scheduling conferences, and propose training recommendations for units to maintain readiness in naval integration.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. - 1+ years of experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System - Marine Corps ( DRRS-MC
- 1+ years of experience with Marine Corps Training Information Management System ( MCTIMS )
- 1+ years of experience with Marine Corps Total Force Structure ( MCTFS )
- Experience with military training and readiness requirements with relation to Marine Corps tasks and operational plans
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite at the advanced level, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to make products and brief senior-level decision makers, including O6 to Flag Officer or General Officer
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Defense Readiness Reporting System - Marine Corps ( DRRS-MC )
- 5+ years of experience with Marine Corps Training Information Management System ( MCTIMS )
- 5+ years of experience with Marine Corps Total Force Structure ( MCTFS )
- Experience with Marine Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program ( MSHARP )
- Experience with Aircraft Program Data File ( APDF )
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
