Position Responsibilities:
- Develop System Safety Assessment in support of the Hypersonic program for SSP.
- Conduct Hazard analysis and ensure hazard mitigations are put in place for Strategic Hardware.
- Have input into design and development in order to ensure system meets safety requirements
Position Requirements:
- Secret Clearance
- Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in business field or technical field, 10 years professional experience in operations research
- Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Mathematics and a Master's level degree in Operations Research or Mathematics
- 5+ years Systems Safety Experience, 5+ years experience supporting SSP, 5+ years experience with applicability and compliance to Navy and industry safety regulations
