Background

• Define and document the implementation of technical requirements to properly address stakeholder needs
• Engage with stakeholders to track, provide status, and drive requirements to resolution
• Organize and ensure alignment of program resources to mission need
• Develop and maintain, or oversee the development and maintenance of appropriate project documentation
• Identify, document, and track dependencies and actions across multiple partners
• Demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to develop and maintain appropriate project documentation in a clear, concise fashion
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills
• Maintain appropriate technical training to ensure skills and methodologies are kept current with evolving technology
• Performs other duties as assigned at the direction of project management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8+ years experience delivering interface design solutions for clients
• 5+ years experience demonstrating proficiency or expertise in relevant professional design software such as adobe creative suite (with an emphasis on XD), inVision, and more
• 5+ years experience with user research and usability testing
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including facilitation of small to large groups (5-30+ people)
• Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices and approach
• Expertise with agile methodology and ability to work in iterative product design cycles

Preferred

• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, android, etc.)
• Experience with telecom solutions, and details related to configuring and using VPNs, two-factor authentication, and related technologies
• Willingness and ability to travel on trips of 5-7 days duration to support technical and operational requirements
• Experience deploying systems in external environments
