Background

• Define and document the implementation of technical requirements to properly address stakeholder needs
• Engage with stakeholders to track, provide status, and drive requirements to resolution
• Organize and ensure alignment of program resources to mission need
• Develop and maintain, or oversee the development and maintenance of appropriate project documentation
• Identify, document, and track dependencies and actions across multiple partners
• Maintain appropriate technical training to ensure skills and methodologies are kept current with evolving technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, information systems or related to the specific skill from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience specific to the skills identified in a position's qualification summary, plus the education qualification
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in computer science, Engineering, IT, or information systems
• Experience performing technical project coordination duties with demonstrated success in achieving programmatic milestones and handling problem resolution
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Preferred

• Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.)
• Experience with telecom solutions, and details related to configuring and using VPNs, two-factor authentication, and deploying systems in external environments and related technologies
