Position Description:
The Project Coordinator will provide expert project management support for the NASA Glenn Reseach Center Space Communications and Spectrum Management Office (MSC) in the Space Flight Systems (SFS) Directorate.
This position is located in Cleveland Ohio.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop draft Office and project level status reporting packages included but not limited to the following: a. Risk Review charts b. Office Review charts c. Center Management Council status updates d. Monthly Status Review charts e. Program Status Review charts f. Weekly Project Summary documents Document meeting minutes/notes/summaries, track action items, ensure timely follow-up on all deliverables. Ensure notes, actions, meeting summaries and status reports are all accessible and kept current and adhere to Configuration Management team processes. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews, including industry reviews that need to be scheduled with a portfolio of companies
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Provide expert knowledge, experience, and capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project integration or management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Project and other relevant platforms for tracking project progress
Ability to develop visualizations in Power BI or other systems to create easy to understand reporting.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to communicate complex project data to high-level audiences in a concise and impactful way.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), and other relevant software
Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking abilities Ability to arrange, coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews .
Strong written and verbal communication skills allowing for clear communication between different project leads, including engineers, scientists, technicians, and management.
Ability to oversee the project schedule with key project members schedules.
Demonstrate compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) rules and regulations, safeguarding sensitive data, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and transmission of CUI in accordance with federal policies.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
MS/MA 15+ years of applicable experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,400.00 - $121,900.00.
