Project Management Supporter, Senior
The Opportunity :

We're looking for a Project Management Support, Senior with a strong project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Project Management Supporter will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from requirements and planning to execution and closure. This role involves managing project scope, schedule, and budget ensuring timely delivery within constraints. You will be the primary liaison between the client and the Program Office and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, leading and driving a cross functional team, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues, and managing stakeholder expectations. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have :
- 8 years of experience providing project management support, in the defense industry
- Experience in using Micro sof t Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of DoD SECNAV 5000 instructions
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
- TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have :
- 5+ years of experience with supporting a Navy Systems Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR
- Experience with Navy cybersecurity architecture
- Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance of an Acquisition Category ( ACAT ) I-IV or Adaptive Acquisition Framework ( AAF ) program
- Experience with preparing briefings and reports for senior government clients
- Experience with Visio
- Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree
- CompTIA Security+ certification and PMI Project Management Professional ( PMP ) certification
