Program Integrator, Senior
The Opportunity:

As a Program Integrator, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives. This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect, develop and integrate large-scale space and ground systems. You'll help the DoD manage technical baselines in accordance with cost, schedule, and performance constraints while mitigating program risks and identifying opportunities. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you'll provide meaningful acquisition support. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience working in a Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Management Office (PMO) and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
- Experience with DoD acquisition planning, program management and DoD contracting and budgetary processes
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
- Experience interpreting requirements and developing solutions
- Experience synthesizing inputs, drafting presentations and briefing senior Government leaders
- Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Confluence, or Livelink
- Ability to work independently developing products for internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways and DoD instruction 5000 series
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree
