IT Business Analyst, Lead

We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As an IT Business Analyst, you'll oversee leading-edge applications, systems, and products. Guiding your team of architects, developers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, data scientists, AI and ML engineers and leading user experience spe cia lists or content strategists, you'll identify clients' business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You'll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll deliver high-value business products to our clients and end users and make a lasting impact on the future of how the United States Navy supports its sailors in areas ranging from Pay and Records Management to Duty Assignments and Distribution.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in complex problem solving, sof tware, systems, business processes, cybersecurity, network, hardware installation, network management, enterprise communications, information assurance, system administration, or data standardization
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, analytical thinking, business analysis, client service excellence, IT best practices and p olicies , requirements gathering, and analysis
- Ability to work closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting deliverable timelines
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science
Nice If You Have:
- Experience utilizing Navy and Department of Defense Pay and Personnel systems such as NSIPS, FLTMPS, ADE, NES, or PRIDE
- Knowledge of military culture and United States Navy culture and structure
- Knowledge of MyNavyHR business processes and current transformation efforts
- Ability to work on a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables
