The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. The position is in support of the U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
SPA has an immediate need for a mid-level Program Analyst to support the Navy's Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) Program within SSP. The selected candidate will play a critical role in fostering effective communications between the Shipboard Systems branch and Focus Teams/Working Groups throughout the program while ensuring successful operational analysis and program management efforts. This position will be based in Washington, D.C.
Washington DC Pay Transparency Range: $105,000 - $145,000.
Responsibilities
The Program Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and execution of test and evaluation activities for the SLCM-N program. This includes tracking actions, taking meeting minutes, and leading Focus Team/Working Group sync meetings. The analyst will document and communicate pertinent information to and from Leadership/WGs. The analyst will be responsible for documenting actions captured during Leadership engagement and tracking actions to completion while documenting Objective Quality Evidence for Action Item closure. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of program objectives, prepare technical reports, briefings, and presentations for senior Navy and DoD leadership, and support financial, schedule, and technical alignment across test and evaluation effor ts.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active DoD SECRET clearance
- 5+ years military service or work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering and mathematics ( STEM) field
- Proficiency in M365 suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to interact with the customer and customer-support independently with a bility to work on a multi-disciplinary team, leading Working-Group meetings, tracking action items and meeting minutes, and providing quality products for executive leadership
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Fast-Attack Submarine Operations desired
- Experience with Tomahawk Operations Fast-Attack Submarine.
- Active DoD TOP SECRET Clearance
- Experience supporting ACAT 1D programs or other large-scale defense projects.
