ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This position is located onsite in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects.
- Manage and provide strategic guidance to teams.
- Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring the right individuals are assigned and that team conflicts or challenges get resolved.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members perform effectively and contribute to project success.
- Oversee risk management, provide guidance in higher-level risk decision making, align risk management practices with organizational goals, and oversee risk management strategies.
- Establish communication strategies for higher-level stakeholders and senior management, manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders, and ensure strategic stakeholder management.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
- PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DoD programs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
- Active PMP certification.
- ITIL certification.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active/current Secret securityclearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations."
