Synertex is seeking an Aviation Policy Analyst to work with our Government Customer supporting
the US Air Force in Arlington, VA with the opportunity of a hybrid work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct analysis of aircrew policies, regulations, and operational conditions across the United States Air Force.
• Prepare and provide recommendations for new and revised policies for screening and training related to aircrew members.
• Develop and maintain databases to track and monitor policy adherence.
• Assist in overseeing the development and enforcement of safety programs related to aircrew activities.
• Participate in support of all aspects of Air Force aircrew communities such as training, readiness planning, contingency operations and policy.
• Provide technical support for collateral military and civilian staff.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure the policy and strategy function is aligned with organizational goals, priorities, and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience within commercial aviation or military aviation. (Aviator experience preferred)
• A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher, certifications or experience can substitute for degree+ 3 years of experience.
