Deputy Program Manager
The Deputy Program Manager shall assist the Program Manager in the below duties and be able to perform the functions of the Program Manager in his/her absence (such as when the Program Manager is not available, or is on leave, or is otherwise appointed to act). The Deputy PM must be authorized to make decisions at the IDIQ Contract and Task Order level.
Provide oversight of the Contractor’s execution of all task orders placed under this contract.
Provide oversight of Contractor Personnel efforts and personnel access authorization assigned to a task order placed under this Contract.
Perform other management duties that are necessary for the successful completion of task orders and satisfaction of overall contract requirements.
Ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables so that all information and data are accurate and complete in accordance with the SOW for each task order; and
Interface closely with the Government DHS SOC Manager and COR.
Provide a Task Order Data Spreadsheet monthly, which documents the Contractor’s task order awards and modifications received during the period to be reported.
Be ultimately responsible for ensuring that all reporting information required under the DHS SOC Services IDIQ Contract is provided to the Government accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
Be ultimately responsible for all DHS SOC Services IDIQ Contract performance issues related to the overall Contract and to task orders awarded under the Contract.
Attend all DHS SOC Services IDIQ Contract Management Review (MR) Meetings and other DHS SOC management and technical meetings when requested by the Contract or Task Order COR.
Act as the primary point of contact for Task Order COs soliciting or awarding a task order under the DHS SOC Services IDIQ Contract.
Perform contract administrative functions and ensure all the performance reporting and compliance standards are maintained.
Be ultimately responsible for ensuring that all task order invoicing is accurate and timely.
Attend all DHS SOC Services IDIQ Contract Management Review (MR) Meetings and other Contract meetings as scheduled by the CO.
Have the authority to make decisions at the IDIQ Contract and Task Order level.
Basic Qualifications
US Citizenship
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to this position.
Minimum of 4 years in IT, Cybersecurity and project management experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III (e.g. CISM) certs
Top Secret Security Clearance.
Possess knowledge and experience with systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project and financial management, change management, risk management. and IT service management.
