As a business analyst, you'll help develop leading-edge solutions. Working alongside your team of business analyst, engineers, and data scientist you'll help identify clients' business needs, identify capability gaps, and develop user stories. You'll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you'll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you'll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to our SOF customer set.

You Have:

• Experience in managing service delivery in time sensitive environments
• Experience with human movement, performance, and function as it relates to human performance evaluation and performance
• Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and effectively across multiple teams
• Ability to gather and communicate client business requirements and translate them into potential solutions
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including regular use of ingenuity and creativity and without appreciable direction
• Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
• Experience with project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and digital transformation projects
• Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and present complex data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to constantly changing requests
• Ability to interact successfully with executives and facilitate large scale meetings with hands-on government clients, including senior staff
• Possession of excellent problem solving, client relationship, facilitation, and management skills
• Possession of excellent problem solving and analysis skills
• Possession of excellent communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,700.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
