As a Senior Project Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you wil have the opportunity to do the following:
- Continue growing and perfecting your skills in Security and Construction field.
- Construction directs construction project management planning and execution processes to meet project design requirements, schedules, and organizational financial objectives.
- Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports.
- Manage strategic client relationships and establish clear lines of communication.
- Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
- Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance (Active)
- Bachelor's Degree (desired) with 10 -15 Years of experience including the following:
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- 3-5 Years of security experience specifically related to ICD 705 (SCIF/SAPF) Construction, Intelligence Operations, Counter-Intelligence Operations, Counter-Surveillance Operations,
- Technical Surveillance Counter-Measures, Physical Security, or a combination of these experiences
- 3-5 Years construction experience

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $107,800.00/Yr. - USD $180,100.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
