Overview:

BlueHalo is seeking an Intelligence Discipline Lead to serve as a subject matter expert in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to targeting. You will lead a team of dedicated intelligence targeting analysts in the operation and use of intelligence tools and data analysis to achieve program imperatives.

You like to do this:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and external stakeholders, to provide integrated intelligence support across a wide range of operational domains. Engage operational components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for operational exploitation.
  • Evaluate and forecast second- and third-order effects of operational decisions, tactical actions, and political developments to understand their potential impact on mission success, allied forces, and broader strategic objectives.
  • Apply expertise in analytical theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to intelligence operations.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to targeting.

You're required to have this:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing analytical intelligence related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
  • No less than five (5) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations, including combat overseas tours with a Special Missions Unit and or Special Ops Forced in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
  • Advanced skill sets with the F3EAD targeting methodology (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate) to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in products.
  • Advanced skill sets with the Intelligence Cycle, HVI Targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis
  • Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

SALARY RANGE: $130,000 to $147,000

The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
