Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine hiring needs.
- Work with the recruiting team to draft, improve, and launch tailored recruiting strategies.
- Assist the hiring managers and candidates through the full hiring process from recruiting to on-boarding.
- Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines.
- Track and maintain opportunities and candidates within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Proactively build relationships to develop a candidate pool for future opportunities within the company.
- Coordinate interviews with division and section leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruiting preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suites
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details is a must
- Must be self-motivated and proactive
- This is currently a hybrid position with varying in-office requirements.
