COLSA is looking for candidates to fill Configuration and CDRL Data Manager (CM/DM) positions in support of our EPASS HN contract. Positions may be available at Hanscom AFB, MA and/or Lackland AFB, TX.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide configuration management (CM) for all program artifacts
  • Archive acquisition documentation and maintain CM files (identification, change control, status accounting)
  • Review and analyze CM data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs), and record approved changes
  • Evaluate proposed changes and ensure operational/sustainment capabilities are maintained
  • Support major audits, including Physical and Functional Configuration Audits
  • Report development/sustainment data delivery status
  • Support pre/post-contract award data reviews and CDRL requirements compliance
  • Process correspondence with Government and development contractors
  • Establish workflows, track deliverables, and support data archival systems
  • Collaborate with program management, engineers, and quality managers in an integrated team environment
  • Develop and administer CM plans, maintaining design traceability and integrity
  • Assist with configuration control for IT systems (planning, data analysis, documentation, inventory management)
  • Track Change Requests and Discrepancy Reports, ensuring baseline integrity (software, hardware, patches)
  • Provide Quality Assurance checks on system baselines and manage product baselines
  • Support software packaging, licensing, and delivery
  • Maintain CM library and software repository
  • Recommend and document CM plans for software, hardware, firmware, and peripherals
  • Perform studies, monitor CM plan effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Audit and review IT system configurations, maintain baselines
  • Oversee USAP Self Inspection Checklists and input results into MICT
  • Create and maintain revisions to CDRL packages, prepare and issue data calls
  • Convene/manage Data Requirements Review Boards, distribute CDRL data deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with technical data distribution and withholding regulations (DoDI, DFARS, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Required Qualifications
  • Personnel supporting this requirement must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance; some positions may require an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

These positions may be filled at the Journeyman or Senior level.

Journeyman:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD; OR
  • 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.


Senior:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Or Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Or fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
