Mission:
Quantum is seeking a Senior Military Operations Specialist to provide A&AS support to JFCC IMD J7/J77 in executing its mission in support of the SecDef, Joint Staff, Uniformed Services, Combatant Commands, Missile Defense Agency, other Agencies, and Allied/Partner Nations. The objective is to provide missile defense mission area support to integrate and operationalize missile defense capabilities to meet operational requirements.

Mission:
Quantum is seeking a Senior Military Operations Specialist to provide A&AS support to JFCC IMD J7/J77 in executing its mission in support of the SecDef, Joint Staff, Uniformed Services, Combatant Commands, Missile Defense Agency, other Agencies, and Allied/Partner Nations. The objective is to provide missile defense mission area support to integrate and operationalize missile defense capabilities to meet operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with USPACECOM and CCMDs on BMD objectives in Joint/CCMD exercises.
- Plans conferences for events that include BMD objectives.
- Coordinate with JFCC IMD, USPACECOM and CCMD BMD SMEs for development of BMD exercise/training objectives.
- Responsible for exercise scenario development and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects.
- Knowledgeable on Joint Training Tool (JTT) and Joint Master Scenario Event List (JMSEL) Management System.
- Coordinates with MDA for exercise architecture design, integration, and modeling & simulation for each event.
- Coordinates exercise prioritization with CCMDs and MDA for modeling and simulation support per the BMD Exercise Support CONOPS.
- Supports Command Lesson Manager and enter exercise lessons into Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) at completion of each exercise.
- Coordinates JFCC IMD participation in USPACECOM Integrated Mission Area Training (IMAT) events and participates in weekly IMAT In-Progress Reviews.
- Maintains JFCC IMD 18-Month Exercise Calendar.
- During JFCC IMD exercise execution periods will support JFCC IMD Exercise Control Group and may be required to support during non-standard working hours.
- Reviews, develops and edits various documents related to BMD Training and Education, Doctrine, Policy, and Plans.
- Attend and support conferences, meetings and briefings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 20+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of BMD and Combatant Commands' areas of responsibility
- Understanding of strategic plans and policy
- Travel: 20%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- BMD and training management experience at Combatant Command level.
