Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Specialist to join our esteemed team in support of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and Africa (MARFOREUR/AF), located in Boeblingen, Germany. The Administrative Specialist will support the MARFOREUR/AF G-1 Regional Personnel Administration Center (RPAC) by providing essential customer and administrative services to active and reserve component Marines and their families. This role involves delivering fundamental services to personnel requesting assistance from the RPAC and performing essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the RPAC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and safeguard standard documents within a Marine's Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) and controlled forms.
• Extract information from the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) and ReportNet; prepare Unit Diary (UD), verify UD transactions, and audit UD Management Reports.
• Provide administrative customer service for incoming/outgoing personnel and those on temporary duty assignment.
• Develop and implement internal control procedures to ensure quality assurance and accurate reporting.
• Establish internal controls to ensure compliance with current directives.
• Assist RPAC personnel in conducting record audits.
• Manage feedback reports and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Manage electronic personnel action requests.
• Identify, process, and track limited duty status personnel and associated documentation.
• Monitor and process pay-related issues using the Disbursing Tracking Management System (DTMS).
• Request and issue ration cards in accordance with U.S. Army Europe regulations.
• Process area clearance and dependent entry approval requests.
• Scan and upload personnel records into the appropriate military personnel file systems.
• Provide orientation and training for new contractors, government civilians, or military members, as required.
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested by government or contractor supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years of directly related military experience.
CLEARANCE: Possess a US Secret or higher-level clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain a US Secret clearance (minimum requirement), a valid U.S. Driver’s License, and a valid U.S. tourist passport.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of the Disbursing Tracking Management System (preferred).
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
