We are looking for experienced Windows Mobile Device Systems Engineer to perform a variety of engineering analyses, software, hardware, development, integration, testing, maintenance tasks, and support duties. The team consists of about 20 engineers and are looking for an experienced Windows Mobile Device Systems Engineer to support Azure Infrastructure. Troubleshooting, problem resolution, supporting existing infrastructure services, and integrating new capabilities are within the scope of required skills. If you enjoy small teams and can work independently, this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities:Managing and securing mobile devices with the organizationConfiguring, deploying, and maintaining mobile device management (MDM) solutions with focus on Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devicesEnsuring mobile devices are compliant with company policies and provide troubleshooting and solutions for issuesResearch and solution best method of installing/deploying applications in the Azure CloudMonitor, evaluate applications, Cloud/Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, and application deploymentsWork with mobile devices, mobile operating systems, MDM solutions, mobile device security, mobile device apps, mobile device enrollments, and end usersResearch, solution, and deliver on new technical requirementsProvide troubleshooting and Engineering support at the Tier3 level for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods for Windows workstationsTroubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologiesProvide troubleshooting and engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group PolicyCollaboration with internal and external stakeholdersDocument system changes/ updatesSupport other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other user assistance items as neededCreate and deliver briefings to customer at various levels
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
