Metrea Algorithmics (MAX) provides unique engineering services, cloud-based cyber operations infrastructure, advanced tactics, techniques and procedures training, and a full suite of wireless communications survey and reconnaissance sensors that enable real-time multi-domain awareness while enhancing command and control.
Position Summary
As an Android-savvy CNO Developer, the successful candidate will be part of a team that works on advanced mobile solutions, requiring strong technical skills in native Android development, C programming, ARM assembly, and reverse engineering.
Role and Responsibilities
• The Android Developer will develop and maintain native Android applications, utilizing expertise in C and ARM assembly for embedded systems.
• The role will require working with MIPS router technology to support integration and optimization
• The role will involve reverse engineering techniques to analyze, troubleshoot and enhance existing software or systems
Skills and Experience
• Experience: At least five years of experience in software development or a related discipline. At least two years of experience in cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
• Native Android development experience (C, ARM assembly)
• Reverse engineering experience
• MIPS router experience
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and five years of additional experience is required. OR A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and three years of additional experience. OR A Doctorate in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field and one year of additional experience.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
