Associate Systems Architecture Analyst

Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking an Associate Systems Architecture Analyst to support the Special Access Program (SAP) Information Technology (IT) program under the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this role you will provide enterprise architecture support for business and IT optimization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Support assessments and analysis of existing architecture to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, vulnerabilities or technology gaps.
• Support the evaluation of the current enterprise architecture for compliance with DoD directives, policies and standards and the creation of an implementation roadmap to transition from current to future state.
• Support the development and implementation of a framework to define roles, responsibilities, and processes for architecture governance.
• Work on a standardized and integrated digital engineering ecosystem across SAP IT.
• Support the development of interface control documents, integration and implementation plans, and pilots to integrate new technologies and scale them across the DoD enterprise and ensure smooth adoption.
• Assist in developing and preparing enterprise architectures for SAP program enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence / machine learning systems and platforms.
• Assist in the design and documentation of network, cloud, system, data, software, test, and cybersecurity and enterprise architectures and architecture products and documents.
• Support SAP IT integration with the larger DoD CIO enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management strategy and reference architecture by assessing requirements, conducting a gap analysis, establishing policies, and implementing a credential management system.
• Support the development and delivery of digital engineering training content.
• Support collaboration within DoD CIO, DoD components, and the intelligence community in establishing interoperability and compatibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics or a similar field.
• 2+ years' related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in digital engineering and enterprise architecture.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of DoD CIO and SAP IT.
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD information management and technology.
