The Restore System Administrator shall:
• Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
• Be willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Provide resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

- TS/SCI with FS Poly
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Bachelor's Degree + 10 years experience. Five years additional experience may be substituted for degree
