Job Description Summary
Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Role Overview:As the PBL Manager for the Singapore O&I program, you will be responsible for material planning and inventory metrics across a service segment. This position is primarily on-site, where you will lead projects that are critical to our mission of delivering high-quality and safe products to our customers.
  • Monitor the results of changes to the inventory plan/forecast and recommend modifications.
  • Plan for prevention of excess inventory and "stock outs."
  • Work with all levels of personnel (hourly, supervisory, and general foreperson) in resolving issues, tracking material availability, and advising on material usage.
  • Collaborate with customers externally and internally to identify new opportunities to improve our current processes.
  • Lead Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes through Order to Remittance (OTR).
  • Deliver business sales, contribution margin, develop proposals; negotiate with customers; drive competitive pricing.
  • Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in material management).
  • Minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on propulsion system products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate to domestic or international locations to support the needs of the business.
  • Ability and willingness to successfully complete all requirements for domestic and international customer assignments.
