The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Operations Specialist (SACO) Journeyman to support our program in the Fort Belvoir, VA area. (onsite 5 days a week)

In the realm of project management and technical expertise, a key role emerges that combines analytical prowess with deep technological understanding. This position requires an individual who serves as a technical expert in project-relevant areas, bringing a wealth of experience in conducting analysis and developing innovative solutions through the application of information technology. The ideal candidate excels in producing and reviewing technical documentation, showcasing their detailed knowledge of specific technical domains. Moreover, they play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, recommending measures to enhance methods, performance, and product or service quality, while also proposing changes to boost overall efficiency. This multifaceted role is essential for organizations seeking to leverage technology effectively and maintain a competitive edge in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support: processing and managing staff actions, taskers, and document packages.
  • Facilitate training in the Lifecycle Management Program (LCMP) tasker module.
  • Maintain a repository of staffing templates and documents to support O6 and O5 staffing processes.
  • Coordinate document packages with all necessary parties before submittal to the Project Manager.
  • Desired Collaboration Tools: MS Teams365, PEO CS&CSS SharePoint (Program Records), Lifecycle Management Program (LCMP), MS OneDrive.
  • Analyze higher echelon task assignments and ensure these taskers are communicated throughout the project office. Tasks can be internal or external for customers of the organization.
  • Create staff actions workflow optimization and scheduling to support operations.
  • Design and adapt information technology solutions, such as SharePoint and Windchill, to streamline existing processes and create collaborative environments for the workforce.
  • Recommend improvement measures meant to increase performance, the quality of products or services, and changes that increase efficiency.
  • Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems.
  • Interacts daily with client senior leadership and staff members on knowledge management programs, policies and procedures.
  • Promotes collaborative tools such as SharePoint collaboration rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners to include innovative approaches in knowledge sharing.
  • Maintains communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of presentations. Manages current knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution practices and encourage the use of new practices.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Must be U.S. Citizen and hold an Active Secret Level Security Clearance .
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal/non-verbal.
  • Must be an analytical and critical thinker that can correlate ideas into client solutions.
  • Must be able to build relationships to collaborate within the team and across client organization.
  • Must be well versed in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel; MS SharePoint certifications a plus.
  • Know how to record and store information in a physical and digital format.
  • Be attentive to details.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or knowledge of the software/hardware systems and encompass management skills.

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
