Seeking a Senior Program Manager with a passion for leading programs in DevSecOps, Network Engineering, Cloud, and Cyber within our National Security business unit, specifically supporting the Intel account. If you excel in strategic analysis and operational excellence, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative improvements and IT modernization for mission-critical solutions.
• Deliver a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee operations and maintenance for mission applications in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide clear communication to executive leadership, including reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation management.
• Monitor and manage the financials and staffing of large IT programs.
• Mentor, coach, collaborate, and build teams to achieve program goals.
• Implement improvements to achieve quality and customer excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS//SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of delivery leadership for complex federal programs.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience in leading IT Network Engineering and Cyber projects.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
