Service Desk Analyst (Secret Clearance Required)

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support a military program in Arlington, VA. This position requires an ACTIVE SECRET clearance (or higher).

**This is a shift role: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday, on site in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:

· Diagnose and resolve client issues using ITIL best practices

· Track all assigned work and trouble tickets using Remedy ITSM

· Perform tier 1/2 support, including Active Directory, group policy, etc.

· Provide process improvement analysis and recommendations

Qualifications of the Service Desk Analyst:

· Active Secret clearance

· 2+ years of experience in a help desk/service desk capacity

· Security+ or related certification required

Compensation of the Service Desk Specialist:

· $65,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
